Refund policy

Buyers have the right to cancel the purchase and sales agreement by notifying the seller in writing within 14 days from the date of product delivery. The buyer covers the costs of returning the product.

Products can be returned by sending them via courier or another method to the address: Liepų alėja 6, Vilnius, LT-22302.

Upon receiving the returned product and assessing its quality, the Seller will refund the Buyer for the product within 14 days from the receipt of the written notification about the cancellation of the purchase and sales agreement.

The product must be returned in its original packaging. The VAT invoice, which was received with the shipment, must be provided upon return. The buyer is responsible for the completeness of the returned product. If the product is not complete and any gifts (if there were any) were not returned, the seller will not accept the returned product.

The quality guarantee provided by the Seller does not limit or restrict the buyer’s (consumer’s) rights, which are established by legal acts for the purchase of products of inadequate quality.

When submitting a complaint, the buyer must provide the following information:

The product order number;
Photo of the product, photo of the damaged area;
Photo of the product packaging;
Description of the product defect.
When filing a complaint, the buyer must specify the desired resolution:
a) Request to replace the defective product with a quality product;
b) Request to supplement the incomplete product with missing parts;
c) Request for a refund of the paid amount.

Upon examining the complaint, a response will be provided within 14 days.
